Terms for using Labia.
These terms apply to Labia Desktop, the Labia Chrome extension, and optional integrations such as Google Calendar.
1. Product status
Labia is a beta desktop meeting copilot by TriadGroup. Beta builds may change, be unavailable, or contain incomplete features while the product is being tested and prepared for wider distribution.
2. Product use
Labia helps users detect supported meetings, transcribe live calls, keep local context, and receive in-call suggestions. Users are responsible for reviewing any transcript, note, or AI suggestion before relying on it.
3. Meeting consent and lawful use
You may use Labia only where you have the right to capture, transcribe, process, or review meeting content. You are responsible for informing meeting participants and obtaining any consent required by applicable law, contracts, workplace rules, or platform policies.
4. Account, license, and setup
Some Labia features may require a license token, local operating-system permissions, the Chrome extension companion, or optional integrations such as Google Calendar. You are responsible for keeping your device, app access, and license token secure.
5. Google Calendar integration
Google Calendar connection is optional. If connected, Labia uses read-only Calendar access to show upcoming meetings, meeting links, calendar context, and local reminders inside the desktop app.
Labia does not create, edit, delete, invite attendees to, or otherwise modify Google Calendar events.
6. Local-first processing
Labia is designed around local-first processing for the live meeting path. Optional activation, update, release, licensing, or Google OAuth flows may use external services when the user enables or requests those features.
7. No professional advice
Labia may generate live suggestions, summaries, notes, or other AI-assisted outputs. These outputs are informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not replace professional judgment.
8. Availability and changes
Labia may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially during beta testing. These terms may be updated as the product evolves.
9. Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the Labia Privacy Policy.
